Best Western Plus Milwaukee Airport Hotel Conference Center

Hot tube didn’t work just had people seating it. It was dirty the pool was dirty as well rooms smell like they cleaned it in 2 seconds sad because it a hotel next to a airport

I like the staff they was very helpful. N when I checked in the staff tried to get me a room on the first floor so I didn't have to walk far. The room was okay, they just need to fix the tub n the heater. N the only thing I did get upset about is the pool area. Me being disabled the equipment didn't work for me. So I wasn't able to swim. Besides them needing to fix on things. The hotel is a nice place to stay.

We had a great stay. The room was very comfortable, and the staff was accommodating. The area surrounding the hotel is currently under construction, and I can see some areas where the hotel could use some updating, but that's common for any hotel that isn't brand new. All things considered, it was a great stay, and we will come back again.

The room was average, what you’d expect for a cheap room near an airport. The pool area however was gross. On the pool deck we saw old cereal on the ground along with 2 different bloody bandaids. Algae from standing water was in a low spot as well on the deck. The hot tub jets were inoperable. Kids were disappointed.

Overall the hotel was decent and the pool area was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Other patrons of the hotel were loud and disrespectful and staff did everything they could to still make the stay okay. Breakfast was limited, but staff let me know there was some recent changes and they were understaffed- which they were apologetic for. Upon checkout, I was asked about the stay and shared what I wrote here. Staff cared, apologized and gave us a discount. Stayed March 2024- 3 nights.

Front service, staff was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. However the pool was very dirty. We decided to stay an extra night to enjoy the pool and the breakfast. To our surprise the pool was very dirty people seem to be there for the entire day there were 2 birthday parties with 20plus guest that were not even staying in the hotel. Let’s talk about their “COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST” it was mediocre. if you can call it that! No orange juice, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit or bacon. Ohh and if you wanted coffee they had sugar but no creamer. milk was another option they had however it was placed in a pitcher right on the counter in the open. All they had was scrambled eggs, French toast, sausages. (with no utensils). I guarantee you there will be more complaints besides ours. This was our second time staying at this hotel which we stood here 4 years ago and it was the total opposite we were so satisfied with everything we decided to stay here again. However after experiencing this we will not be coming back.

This property is due for an update. The mattresses have a sag in them they are so worn. The free breakfast experience was a joke! It is located in a run down area of the hotel, freezing cold. When we arrived there were no plates out, no cups, only coffee for a drink, only 2 cereals out, spilled sticky stuff on floor. My daughter and I went back to our room and brought our own food back. The second day we tried to go there was milk out but no cereal, yogurt spilled on floor not attended to, no attendee around...the most bizarre experience. They have filtered water stations around the hotel, but all the jugs were empty. The fan in our room made such a terrible noise that we had to shut the whole until off to sleep. The toilet overflowed the first morning. The one positive is that they were very responsive to sending someone to our room after the toilet overflowed and were able to fix it we didn't have to change rooms, which might have been better...

Got a room here mainly for the hot breakfast. Got in really late thanks to delayed flights. Go down for breakfast in the morning and all they have out is eggs amd cold toast! I would never go back to this best western

Bags of trash by waste receptacles My guess, short staffed. Room was very comfortable. Restaurant was 'Temporarily' Closed.
